Neeraj Khandelwal is the co-founder of CoinDCX, and alongside Sumit Gupta, one of the key architects of India’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. An IIT Bombay alumnus, Neeraj brings deep technical expertise to everything CoinDCX builds, from its exchange infrastructure and security systems to its broader product vision for India’s Web3 ecosystem. He also serves as a key figure in the Blockchain and Crypto Assets Council (BACC), an industry body affiliated with the Internet and Mobile Association of India, where he has played an active role in representing the crypto industry’s interests in policy discussions.
CoinDCX was recently granted Patent No. 584840 by the Government of India’s Intellectual Property Office, covering its system and method for secure management of crypto wallet private keys using cognitive intelligence, a milestone that reflects the technical rigour Neeraj and his team bring to the platform. As CoinDCX continues to support Indian government agencies in digital asset custody and invests in Web3 ventures across the ecosystem, Neeraj’s influence on how India builds and regulates its blockchain future continues to grow quietly but steadily.
