Chandak Group aimed to expand with an upcoming project in Chembur, actively seeking growth opportunities and reaching out to Indian investors residing outside India for potential collaboration. Recognizing the importance of a wider audience, especially among Indian investors based abroad, they participated in a property expo in London. To enhance awareness and appeal to international investors, we suggested partnering with an Indian lifestyle creator based in London. This strategic collaboration aimed to effectively engage with her NRI audience and achieve the desired objectives for the project.
Size  
We partnered with a mid-tier creator specializing in NRI lifestyle content, whose audience closely aligns with our target demographic. Choosing a mid tier influencer for our collaboration enabled us to effectively raise awareness about the project among our desired audience with a more organic approach as smaller creators have a more close connection with their audience.
Platform 
We chose Instagram to create engaging content as it’s easily shareable and the content has a great chance of virality. The creator attended the property expo event, collaborating with the Chandak Team to produce an interactive interview-style Reel. Crafted questions addressed FAQs about the project, capturing audience interest. Pre-event stories were shared to build anticipation among followers.
Content Frequency 
We went live with three Stories every alternate day in the lead-up to the event. The day after the event, we posted the Reel. Additionally, we shared live Stories directly from the event itself.
Content Style  
Our goal was to raise awareness about the project and encourage NRI investors to participate. The interview-style video served the dual purpose of spreading awareness and addressing common FAQs, ultimately generating a substantial number of valuable leads for the project.
